* Accept that AI-generated outputs may not be 100% identical to your real appearance or voice

## 4. Content Ownership

* You own the final content delivered to you

* TwinPost retains the right to use anonymized or non-identifiable outputs for internal improvement

* We will not use your identity publicly without permission

## 5. Payments & Subscriptions

* Services are billed monthly unless otherwise stated

* Payments are non-refundable once work has begun

* Failure to pay may result in service suspension

## 6. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

* Specific business results (leads, sales, followers)

* Platform performance (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

* Content virality or engagement

## 7. Limitation of Liability

TwinPost is not liable for:

* Business losses

* Platform account issues (bans, restrictions)

* Misuse of generated content

## 8. Termination

We may terminate services if:

* Terms are violated

* Payments are missed

* Misuse or abuse is detected

## 9. Intellectual Property

All systems, processes, and frameworks used by TwinPost remain our intellectual property.

## 10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
